My passion for real estate goes way back. In 1996—after spending a decade refining my marketing skills—I turned that passion into a career.

I got my real estate license and began independently buying, upgrading, and reselling homes, attracting the interest of an award-winning builder who recruited me to take over the planning of their high-end remodels. In 2006 I chucked it all, moved cross-country and became a Washington real estate broker on Orcas Island. Best move ever!

Buying or selling your home is unlike any other business transaction. It involves dreams, fears and strong emotional attachments. I provide the strategy, skills and support to make the process as stress-free as possible for you. I take a focused approach to my work, engaging with a few select clients so I can devote ample time and energy to each. I believe in thorough research, clear communication, and attention to detail, digging deep to give you all the insight needed to make confident decisions in a complex market. When challenging situations arise, my training as a Certified Negotiation Expert helps calm emotions and smooth the way to a positive outcome. I bring creativity, compassion and authenticity to every encounter.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me puttering in the garden, hiking with my dog or kayaking the Salish Sea. Happiest in nature, I’ve snorkeled with whales, dived with sharks, and trekked deep into jungles and caves. My most rewarding adventure, though, has been making a life with my husband on Orcas Island, in a quirky rustic cabin at the end of the road.
