Fletcher arrived on Orcas Island in 2019 with his wife and two young children. After purchasing undeveloped land through Orcas Island Realty, he designed, permitted, and built their family home in just one year—a testament to his hands-on expertise and determination.
With 17 years of experience as an independent real estate investor and general contractor, Fletcher brings valuable insight to every transaction. His diverse background includes successful small-scale infill development in Seattle, raw land development on Orcas Island, and numerous design-build projects. When not helping clients, Fletcher can be found rowing in Cayou Channel, exploring the outer islands in his aluminum boat with family and friends, paddle boarding at Cascade Lake in summer, or hiking to Obstruction Pass on clear winter days.
