Orcas Island Realty helped us buy our house and seven acres. My agent managed to remove a road easement that bisected the property, hooked us up with a wetland specialist, arranged for the purchase of three adjacent pieces that allowed us an extra road entry, advised us on county regulations, educated us on encumbrances to the title and quickly brought us to closing. We were extremely grateful for her knowledge and foresight. She kept our best interest in mind and resolved a string of seemingly daunting problems. We have been here for fifteen years now and still think of her with gratitude.
