I have dealt with dozens of realtors over the years. Orcas Island Realty stands out for their intelligence, professionalism, and realism. On the latter point, most realtors are prone to tell you what you want to hear. I don’t have time for that. They will tell you what they think (and that’s a lot!). Also, our agent was remarkably persistent and patient during a terrible stretch in the local marketplace. She had to EARN this commission! She was very responsive, easy to reach, and easy to talk to. Very articulate.
